Instructions

1. Add yeast in a cup with warm water.
2. In a mixer add flour salt, yeast mixture mix then add the water but not all at once.
3. Once all mixed and turned into a dough add oil in a tray.
4. Add dough in a tray with oil.
5. Dip hands in oil. Spread dough with your palms of your hand not all the way just a tiny bit since it will rise and become bigger.
6. Leave space in the tray to make a rise. Cover or put in an oven that has not been open yet and let rest for about 1 hour.
7. Check after an hour and spread again. Poke some holes on top for tomatoes.
8. Bake at 350°F for as long as needed till the bottom turns golden brown.
